HR Portal modules

The great advantage of the HR Portal is its modularity. In the primary settings you will find several basic modules, you can choose others according to the needs and preferences of your company.

Homepage

On the start screen (homepage) are windows containing:

  • Early Warning System (Events in Nugget SW)
  • Messages from the administrator
  • Summary of requests for approval of absences (if modules are part of the implementation)
  • Overview of travel orders (if modules are part of the implementation)

Employee's personal file

Personal folder module used by employees to view their personnel data and personnel data of their subordinates. Within the advanced settings, you can define which specific personal information about your subordinates the manager will have access to (except for those subject to legislative restrictions).

The module therefore allows:

  • Access to employees' personal data with the possibility of updating selected data
  • Viewing data of subordinate employees
  • View and download electronic payslips
  • Make available documents created and archived in the Nugget SW HR system (e.g. employment contracts, salary schedules, internal regulations, etc.) and allow employees to acknowledge their receipt
  • Option to add an attachment

Absences

Thanks to the Absence add-on module employees simply report their absence (vacation, illness, training, etc.) and managers can approve it immediately. All absences are automatically transcribed by the payroll accountant into the Nugget SW system and reflected in the time pool of the employees concerned.

If you work with Outlook is a handy „gadget“ for you“ connection to calendars. This functionality allows you to add anything to multiple calendars. For example, absences of the whole team.

Bonuses

The optional Bonuses module is available to employees in management positions and allows you to enter up to ten bonus components, including setting the months in which the bonus can be paid. Once approved, the bonuses are automatically written into the payroll.

As part of the bonuses you can also have custom approval workflow or define to whom you will award bonuses, even outside your subordinate structure. 

If you take a more comprehensive approach to bonuses within your organisation, we are ready for this option too. Basic module We can extend and customize the bonuses for each customer - e.g. add a part of the evaluation, enter the actual calculation of the bonus based on KPIs, etc.

Travel orders

Optional module Travel orders allows employees to easily apply for domestic and foreign business trips, including requesting advance payment. The application form is interactive and as intuitive as possible. Managers can immediately approve the trip in their interface, and thanks to the link with the accounting department, the request for advance payment goes immediately to the accounting department (if the employee has requested it), and it can be paid to the employee immediately - in cash or by bank transfer.

Applications

The optional Requests module offers a clear registration and approval of various types of requirements, exactly according to your needs. In the basic solution, requests can be submitted by all employees across the company, and you can choose the format of individual forms and the number of approval rounds for each request.

The Requests module contains: 

  • Starting a new employee
  • Change of contract
  • Termination of PP
  • General application form

Additional Requests can be tailored to your specific needs.

Employee Input Questionnaire

The optional Employee Input Questionnaire module is an invaluable tool for onboarding. For prospective new employees you make the questionnaire available before signing the employment contract and ask them to fill in the details that will automatically be used to prepare the employee card. Upon joining the company, the new employee will get a full profile with all the features of the Portal. You can use the module make it available to a third party, such as an external agency or to consultants outside your organisation who can send the questionnaires on your behalf.

The entry questionnaire for a new employee includes a few data that are entered into the Nugget and a new employee is created. If you would like to record something extra for an employee that is not in Nugget, this is possible using the additional data recording function.

Reports

The Reports module is a handy tool for managers who do not have/need direct access to Nugget SW. Depending on the permissions assigned, you can directly view and download any report to excel in HR Portal, that you set up in Nugget SW for this purpose.

Payminator

HR Portal enables easy connection to a separate web application Payminator, that will completely solve annual accounts and tax credits. Employees will no longer have to fill in the paper „Declaration of the taxpayer of personal income tax from dependent activities“ and „Application for annual settlement of advances and tax benefits“, they will be able to use an intuitive and interactive form that takes only a few minutes to fill in. The administration of the application is just as convenient and simple for the respective payroll accountants and HR managers.
