Nugget SW

Since 1992, we have specialized in the development and delivery of proprietary software for payroll, HR and human resource management.

Our team consists of experienced developers, consultants, payroll accountants and HR specialists. We emphasize individual customer and user care. We provide extensive support and always deal with specific situations directly and with a personal touch.

We meet ISAE 3402 (European equivalent of U.S.A. SAS70) and ISO27001 standards. We comply with our obligations under the EU data protection regulation known as GDPR.

As of 25 July 2019, 100% shares of Nugget SW, now RSM Payroll Solutions CZ, were purchased by RSM CZ. The company has thus significantly strengthened its position in the field of comprehensive payroll consulting.

Marta Rosová

Head of Nugget SW
Marta is the „head“ of the entire Nugget team. She has many years of experience within the parent company RSM and knows very well how to successfully lead a large software project. She makes sure that everything runs smoothly at Nugget - from the development of new software features, to a functional team and customer service line, to the full satisfaction of all clients, which she cares about very much. If you as a client need anything resolved, you can contact her anytime.

Jiří Šrámek

Sales Department
Jirka is the team's „young blood“ and is mainly responsible for new people interested in our software. In addition to his position as a salesman, he has extensive experience as a lecturer and in HR. If you decide to work with us, Jirka will come and discuss all the details with you, including the smallest details, and make sure that everything is running to your full satisfaction.

Pavel Stárek

Sales Department
Pavel has been with Nugget from the very beginning, as he is one of the founding partners of the company. Thanks to his many years of experience, he knows all existing clients very well and makes sure that they are always satisfied with our solutions.
