The module has been analytically developed on the basis of new perspectives on personnel work and is focused mainly on detailed monitoring and evaluation of persons in terms of professional skills, qualifications, language skills, courses, training and medical fitness.
It is possible to work with the current employee data base, the database of employees who have left the company, to enter data with a different time validity than the period being processed.
It is possible to create and archive general documents such as employment contracts, salary schedules, amendments to employment contracts, agreements on work performed outside the employment relationship, invitations, etc., in which any text can be combined with data from the database.
It includes a record of completed training (periodic and developmental training, language courses, internships) and a complete record of medical examinations, including categorization of work and monitoring of health risks with automatic notification of the imminent expiry of valid authorizations.
In addition to a range of personal data, the database includes an overview of family members, previous employment history, education, leave, health and pension data, an overview of the use of work aids, other work equipment and items from the employee benefits scheme and, for selected organisations, military records.
It is also possible to define additional, customized personnel data according to the needs of the organization and further work with them using standard tools (comparisons, selections, analyses and output reports).
For most of the data in the database it is possible to define custom - user dials. Fixed dials set by the software creator are only for data that enter the payroll processing algorithm and their incorrect setting could cause errors in the payroll calculation compared to the current legislation.
The system enables automatic logging of the course of employment with the organization, automatic monitoring of training validity dates, authorizations, registration and scheduling of medical examinations.
As outputs, you can get standard reports for HR departments - personnel cards, lists, reports on employee status in various methodologies, as well as educational structure, life and work anniversaries, reports on leave, sickness, pension entitlements, automatic creation of mass notifications for health insurance companies, etc.
Built-in functions also provide a range of options for different selection and analysis activities based on the selected criteria. The results of these activities can be displayed or printed in the form of reports, lists and tables.
The „user query“ function is used to define custom data outputs from personnel databases to MS Excel for further analytical processing and data presentation.
