We have been using NUGGET SW payroll software since the second half of the 1990s. We are a small company and do not have a payroll department or a payroll accountant. Payroll is processed by me, as a managing director with a technical education, i.e. without any economic or accounting education. We ordered the program precisely to eliminate this shortcoming. We found the program user-friendly from the beginning. If we had to solve user problems, especially those arising from our lack of payroll education, the cooperation with the hot-line service staff was always perfect and fast. If there were problems of a software nature, the cooperation with the programmers of the program owner was equally good and efficient. In more than 25 years of cooperation, there has never been a problem that has remained permanently unresolved.
